Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026
South Mississippi Toy Fest ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through southmstoyfest.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Vendor registration: name, business name, email, phone number, and booth/category selections when you register as a vendor.
- Contact emails: if you email info@, vendors@, or [email protected], we keep that correspondence to respond to you.
- Bot protection: we use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms to block automated spam. Turnstile may briefly check some technical details about your browser (not who you are) — see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
How we use it
- To process your vendor registration.
- To email you about your registration, booth assignment, or invoice (via Resend, our email provider).
- To contact you about the show if needed.
Who we share it with
- Resend (transactional email) — only what's needed to send you registration/invoice emails, not sold or used for advertising.
- We do not sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Vendor records are kept indefinitely for our own recordkeeping.
Photography & Video
We take photos and video at South Mississippi Toy Fest, which may include attendees, vendors, and guests. These may be shared publicly on our Facebook page and the Bros Before Shows YouTube channel. By attending the show, you consent to being photographed or filmed for these purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected], and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it (e.g., financial records).
Children
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
